Eurowings announces Summer 2026 Plans

Eurowings announces Summer 2026 Plans: More Sun, More Cities, and Even More Reasons to Escape

Eurowings has taken one look at summer 2026 and decided that sitting still is overrated. The airline is beefing up its schedule with new direct routes, more flights on fan-favourite services, and a whole lot of “why not?” destinations, firmly cementing its title as Germany’s largest leisure airline.

By next summer, Eurowings will be flying to more than 150 destinations across 40 countries — which is airline-speak for “you’re going to have decision fatigue when booking your holiday.”

First-Time Flights and Capital-to-Capital Convenience

Among the headline acts are brand-new direct routes from Düsseldorf to Madrid and Tallinn. One offers tapas and late nights, the other medieval charm and cool Baltic vibes — balance is everything.

Berlin travellers also get a shiny new toy in the form of Eurowings’ “Capital Express”, with direct links to Lisbon, London Heathrow and Sarajevo. Perfect for quick business trips, long weekends, or pretending you’re very international while boarding at BER.

Mediterranean, But Make It Frequent

Unsurprisingly, Eurowings knows exactly what people want in summer: sun, sea, and flights that actually run often enough. Frequencies are being boosted to popular destinations like Málaga, Naples, Nice, Faro, Cagliari and Olbia across multiple German bases.

In short: fewer “sorry, that flight is full” moments and more “yes, that works” when planning your escape.

Mallorca Is Still King

Mallorca continues to be Eurowings’ pride and joy — and honestly, it shows. The airline will operate up to 400 flights per week to the island from 25 different airports. That’s not just commitment; that’s a full-blown love letter to Palma.

Whether you’re heading for beach clubs, cycling routes or just a very serious sangria schedule, Eurowings has you covered.

Growth Everywhere (Not Just Germany)

While Germany remains the heart of the operation, Eurowings isn’t ignoring its international bases. New summer routes include Brindisi, Hurghada and Ibiza from Prague, plus Genoa from Salzburg — because even smaller airports deserve big summer energy.

More flights to Palma de Mallorca are also being added from several regional airports, proving once again that Mallorca waits for no one.

The Big Picture

With capacity increases planned at major bases like Düsseldorf, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Stuttgart and Hanover, Eurowings’ summer 2026 network is all about choice, flexibility and making travel feel easy again.

Whether you’re chasing beaches, city breaks, or a last-minute “I need to get out of here” flight, Eurowings is clearly aiming to make sure there’s a seat — and probably a destination — with your name on it.

Summer 2026? Consider it booked.
