Phoenix Voyages
- Operation Smile
Operation Smile Vietnam is part of the world alliance Operation Smile Foundation and Resource Chapter, dedicated to provide free care to children and adults suffering from facial deformities such as cheiloschisis and palatoschisis (Cleft lip and cleft palate).
In 1991, a volunteer network of Vietnamese health professionals established Operation Smile in Vietnam. Since its first medical mission, the charity has gone through thousands of free medical procedures for children and young adults
To raise funds, the association organizes every year, a gala evening called “An evening of smiles” and Phoenix Voyages has been involved in this event for 9 years now.
Abenteuer Afrika
Since 2003, Elephant-Human Relations Aid (EHRA) Namibia has helped to foster peaceful relationships between free-roaming desert elephants and humans in Namibia, Africa through its unique Elephant Wildlife Volunteer Project and Community Educational Programme, the PEACE (People and Elephants Amicably Co-Existing) Project.
EHRA’s mission is to find and implement practical solutions that help combat elephant-human conflict, and thereby secure a future for Namibia’s free-roaming desert elephants.
Our award-winning volunteer project enables anyone wanting to volunteer in Africa to contribute towards elephant conservation and really make a difference.
Arinex Events
Events should have a positive impact on the community and Arinex achieves this by channelling our staffs’ expertise and passion to help others.
We activily support OzHarvest. Founded in 2004 by Ronni Kahn, after noticing the huge volume of good food going to waste from the hospitality industry, she decided to do something. They now collect quality excess food from commercial outlets and delivering it to more than 1300 charities supporting people in need across the country.
OzHarvest now operates nationally, rescuing over 180 tonnes of food each week. They recently opened Australia’s first rescued food supermarket – the OzHarvest Market in Sydney, based on a ‘take what you need, give if you can’ philosophy
