Tapas and Tango Barcelona

Tapas and Tango Barcelona : A Culinary & Dance Fiesta in Barcelona

Ever dreamed of twirling into a culinary adventure while trying not to spill your sangria? Barcelona DMC is excited to offer your clients an unforgettable evening filled with delicious tapas, vibrant flamenco, and a whole lot of fun. Think of it as a tapas tour with a side of tango—minus the tangled dance partners!

A Sensory Delight

Tapas feasting:

To start off their evening, your clients will be taken on a tantalising walk down the tapas route before even stepping out to explore the Barcelona shops. Picture this: they’ll be hopping from one lively bar to another, sampling a delectable array of small plates that range from sizzling chorizo to creamy croquetas. It’s better than the proggressive dinner parties which have minimal laughter but a lot of small talk and uneasy moments. And don’t worry about those calorie counts—this is Barcelona, where tapas are practically a food group!

Flamenco Fabulosity:

Next, it’s time to unleash their inner dancer (or at least cheer on those who are braver) with a lively flamenco show. With its passionate rhythms, dramatic footwork, and flamboyant costumes, flamenco is the kind of performance that makes everyone want to snap their fingers and shout, “Olé!” Whether they’re clapping along or simply soaking in the vibrant atmosphere, this is one cultural experience they won’t forget.

They Dance as if No One is Watching:

After the show your clients get the opportunity to try out the flamenco dances they have just watched. A local dance instructor will lead a light-hearted dance class where everyone can try their hand (or feet) at the traditional Spanish steps. Professional skills are not necessary, come along with the music only and the ability to make fun of your two left feet!

Enjoy the Evening:

Late into the night, there will be some informal socialising at a charming local spot, where they can swap stories, have more tapas and reflect on their dancing prowess—or lack thereof.. This time, glass of wine, of the Spanish variety, amidst the aftermath of an exciting night is a good way to round up their adventure in Barcelona.

A Night to Remember:

This is not just another night; this is a celebration that brings together the vibrant taste of Barcelona and flamenco to form the best entertainment. Your clients will leave with full bellies, happy hearts, and perhaps a few new dance moves that will have them reminiscing long after they’ve returned home.

Reserve Your Tapas and Tango Barcelona Fiesta Now!

Barcelona DMC invites your clients to experience the city’s lively spirit through an evening of tapas, tango, and togetherness. It’s the perfect blend of food, fun, and flamenco—guaranteed to make their Barcelona trip truly unforgettable.

Barcelona Art Tour

Barcelona Art Tour: Discover Barcelona’s Creative Soul

Ever wanted to rub shoulders with artistic geniuses without actually having to paint a masterpiece? Barcelona DMC is thrilled to offer your clients the “Art Crawl”—an immersive tour that takes them through the city’s most iconic museums, where Picasso and Miró’s masterpieces are waiting to wow them. Think of it as a cultural deep dive without the paint stains!

A Stroll Through Barcelona’s Artistic Masterpieces

Picasso's Playground:

Start off, at Picasso Museum located in Gothic Quarter, which will be followed by a walking tour around known museums. Here visitors will wander through rooms full of over 4,000 pieces done by the artist during his life from a wunderkind until he became one of those innovative talents that upset art world order. For those who are Instagramming or have seen enough arts nudes for their lifespan, let everyone find just something for inspiration.

Miró Whimsical World:

Then it’s Fundació Joan Miró coming up next, where things take a more surreal turn. It feels like entering into dreamworlds with mirrored shattered images and splattered colours that are very old fashioned and relevant as well. While still enjoying breathtaking views on Montjuïc hill, let your clients imagine them visiting this artist’s work – starting from bright coloured pictures and ending with his vivid sculptures. That means you’ll be thrilled by paintings made out of air!

Stories Behind the Strokes:

For these distinguished galleries there are expert guides ready to help customers understand what has been painted so far and share curiosities about every piece. Inside stories on artists’ lives, world art gossip along with other related information will also be shared by your guide. Who knew that even art history could be such fun?

Café Culture & Creative Conversations:

Once they have imbibed the richest culture of art, your clients can discuss their favorite pieces with a cup of café con leche from one of Barcelona’s local cafes. Picasso or Miró – who is more avant-garde? They’ll argue it out while basking in the laid-back Barcelona atmosphere.

A Journey Through Time and Talent:

This is not just about visiting museums; this is a journey through minds of two influential artists of 20th century. Your customers will go home having acquired an even greater appreciation for art, scored a full album on their phones by capturing masterpieces, and maybe got even more ideas to work on.

Book Your Barcelona Art Tour!

Our fantastic DMC in Barcelona want you and your clients to discover the city through the eyes of its greatest artists. The “Art Crawl” is the perfect way to experience Barcelona’s rich cultural heritage, all while enjoying a leisurely stroll through its most prestigious museums.

Unleash your inner art critic and let the creativity of Picasso and Miró inspire your Barcelona adventure! Cotact DMC Barcelona

Activities Barcelona

Welcome to the enchanting city of Barcelona, a vibrant city of art and culture where the streets are alive. We want to give your customers the best time of their lives while they’re here.

There’s no other place that has as many wonders by Antoni Gaudí – we have special tours for Sagrada Familia and Park Güell where architecture becomes art. These world-famous sites only come alive when our guides share stories nobody else knows about them.

Food is another reason people love coming to Barcelona! If you’ve got foodies for clients, don’t worry because we will arrange cooking classes where they can learn how to make paella or tapas with their own hands. Not just cooking lessons but also insights into Catalan culture through its culinary traditions!

We do private sailing trips too which take off from Barcelona’s coast at dusk so guests can see sunsets above city skylines while sipping cava on boats – this is what luxury mixed with peace looks like!

Adventure travellers would love our bike tours led by guides who know every corner of different neighborhoods throughout the city; Barrio Gotico (Gothic Quarter) is one example where alleys get narrower as you go deeper in but then you’ll find yourself on wide boulevards near Barceloneta beach – everything changes all the time here!

As for art and history enthusiasts visiting Barcelona, we can take them deep into Picasso Museum or MNAC (National Museum Of Art Of Catalonia) – both places are must-sees when it comes down appreciating artistic heritage within region itself!

Our flamenco shows also offer exclusive access if required; there’s nothing quite like seeing passion behind dance combined with music brought forth during such events which provide strong links towards understanding Spanishness altogether.

At MT Global DMC Barcelona, our goal is to create personalised experiences that reflect this amazing city’s spirit. Let us plan a schedule for your group which will make each day count while they’re under the spell of Barcelona!

2025 IBTM Asia Pacific Shifts Locations

2025 IBTM Asia Pacific Shifts Locations : Won't Be Held in Hong Kong—See You in Barcelona Instead!

Well, it looks like RX Global, the team behind IBTM World, has made a bit of a pivot for 2025. Originally, the first-ever IBTM Asia Pacific was set to light up AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong on March 19-20. But plans have changed, and instead, they’re rolling out the red carpet in Barcelona for November 19-21, 2024.

Event director Claudia Hall explained the twist, citing that APAC’s business travel planners are showing serious wanderlust. Rather than staying local, they’re itching for the global connections that IBTM World is known for in Barcelona.

2025 IBTM Asia Pacific Shifts Locations

In her statement, Hall gave a shoutout to those originally on board for the Hong Kong event, inviting them to the grand stage of IBTM World in Spain. “Let’s go big!” she essentially said. And who can blame her? With the momentum of the international meeting scene in full swing, it’s clear that Barcelona is where the action is.

This isn't RX Global's first tango with APAC event plans. They initially aimed to bring IBTM World to Singapore in 2020, only to have it swept away by the pandemic. And with IBTM APAC off the map for now, Northstar Travel Group's The Meeting Show APAC, which had its Singapore debut in April 2024, is already making waves and looking at big expansions in the future.

Get ready, because IBTM World in Barcelona is shaping up to be an unmissable spectacle! From November 19-21, 2024, the show promises a dynamic mix of networking, innovative sessions, and an impressive global lineup. Think of it as a who’s-who of the meetings and events world, where big ideas and even bigger partnerships come to life!

So, mark those calendars for Barcelona in November! Need help with groups and incentives in Barcelona, contact us!

Austin will also see a ramp up of nonstop services that will include Indianapolis, Memphis, San Francisco, and Tampa. With a jerky delight, Delta's Senior Vice President of Network Planning, Joe Esposito, is reporting that Delta’s footprint embraces Austin wholeheartedly. Their updated weather forecast for Texas is that the temperatures will increase by 20% in terms of seat capacity, which has been the case since April.

International Connections from Salt Lake City

And all of you Salt Lake City folks, June 12, 2025, for warning! Delta is starting a new route to Seoul-Incheon International Airport non stop, which brings many opportunities for the users of the South Korea-United States route. You'll probably be eating kimchi and drinking soju soon enough!

Daily Service Bogota with Emirates

Daily Service Bogota with Emirates -

Guess what? Emirates just kicked off its much-awaited flights to the Colombian capital of Bogotá, expanding their South American network to four cool spots and reaching 19 points across the Americas!

They made a big deal about it at gate A14 at El Dorado International Airport when EK213 from Miami landed. They had traditional Colombian dancers, cake cutting, and even a symbolic gift exchange. It was like a party with a plane!

Top Emirates execs, Nabil Sultan and Salem Obaidalla, were there too, along with a bunch of VIPs and a flock of international media. It was like a red carpet affair, but with airplanes.

Now, here's the cool part – the daily flights to Bogotá, via Miami, are on a Boeing 777 aircraft. It's like flying in style, especially since Emirates is the first airline to offer First Class on the Miami-Bogotá route. Talk about luxury in the sky!

And get this – they showed off their Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to all the big shots at the airport. It's got everything – First Class suites, lie-flat seats in Business Class, and spacious seats in Economy Class. They even threw in a safety demonstration for good measure!

Nabil Sultan, Emirates’ EVP Passenger Sales, said they've been dying to add Bogotá to their network. It's like a dream come true for them. And they're not alone – Sergio Paris Mendoza from Aeronáutica Civil de Colombia and Natali Leal from OPAIN are super stoked too. It's like a match made in airplane heaven!

But wait, there's more! Thanks to their partnership with Avianca, you can hop on Emirates from Dubai, Madrid, Barcelona, or London Heathrow and fly straight to three spots in Colombia. It's like a travel hack for jet-setters!

And let's not forget the perks of flying Emirates – think comfy seats, awesome entertainment, and delicious food. They even serve Colombian dishes on flights between Miami and Bogotá. It's like having a fiesta at 35,000 feet!

So, whether you're a business mogul, a globetrotting adventurer, or just someone who loves a good party, Emirates has got you covered. Pack your bags, folks – it's time to fly high with the coolest airline in town!
