Day one: Arrival in Dubai
Warmly welcomed at the Dubai International airport, your clients will be chauffeured down to the iconic sail shaped hotel - Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. Of course, having had a seamless check-in they can relax in their splendid suites that have panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
Modern Wonders and Desert Safari
The second day begins with a private guided tour around modern architectural wonders like the Palm Jumeirah and Burj Khalifa. And in afternoon, your clients will indulge into thrilling desert safaris. They will travel by land cruiser jeeps across golden dunes where they would experience an amazing desert landscape. Kat in particular in the lead up to the event went above and beyond. Negotiating excellent rates to assist us in coming within our budget and managing to book and confirm all the elements in the programme with very little lead time. She is an absolute dream to work with, her attention to detail, her friendly and professional manner, continually looking and finding ways to go over and above is to be commended. She really is an asset to your team.

Your team are truly amazing and I feel so lucky to have worked with them. To have a partner that made us feel so reassured at all times that they were not only across every detail, but proactively making the program better is exactly what we look for when partnering with a DMC. Pre-event and onsite we had a consistent team that knew every detail of the program, and every single one of the coordinators, guides, drivers and translators were truly top notch. I really appreciated having the same people throughout the program so that we grew rapport with them, the guests got to know them and they understood our program and our people.

Obviously the two main people I want to take the time to mention are Nikhil and Liz. Firstly, they obviously work so well as a team and have clearly defined roles and responsibilities that allowed them to master their portions while still being across everything. Nikhil had amazing attention to detail in all the transfers and movements of the group, and we knew we were in good hands – especially since transfers has been a huge pressure point for us in the past. He made himself available at all hours to answer our questions and was such a pleasure to work with.
Now of course Liz. I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of her. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, easy going demeanor and her ability to say yes to absolutely every request made our lives so much easier. She has probably been my favourite DMC lead planner that I have ever worked with. Not only did she 100% nail the program, she is so enjoyable to spend time with and truly goes above and beyond.
