Dubrovnik Travel is a company that thinks of its employes as family members and works on securing good work conditions in which every employee can grow individualy.
85 % of employes in DT Croatia are women and 60 % of our management are women. We take great pride in gender equality and women empowerment.
This is a good thing especially for employes who have kids is oportunity to work from home on days when they can't come to work.
We practise environmental sustainability by:
- reducing paper use by printing double-sided when hard copies are necessary
- recycling plastic, paper and aluminium
- not using single use plastic like cups and utensils
- reduce energy use by turning off and unplugging electrical equipment when not in use
- minimizing F&B waste during events
Activities
A day spent in nature
Organizing CSR (Corporate Social Responcibility) learning programs for our clients groups we try spreding social and environmental awernes.
As a CSR activity we organized for our client day in nature. We organized activities in which they collected garbage, planted new plants, trimmed old ones and made sand path to make it easier for everybody to come to this beautiful place.
Projects
We support our community by taking part in local charities, donating left overs to charities and by sourcing locally for suppliers.
It iss not one charity like an organization, it's more local charities organized for individuals from our community that we take part in
