Techcombank HCMC International Marathon 2026 (December 8th, 2026)
The Techcombank HCMC International Marathon 2026 will be a landmark event for the running community and the overall sports, health and community ecosystem. Ho Chi Minh City has hosted this marathon on its busy streets since then, and it has thus become not just Vietnam's largest international marathon but also a symbol of resilience, spirit and unwavering commitment to excellence.
This year, we are reintroducing our full marathon event as well as half marathon, 10km and 5km races plus our renowned kids run that caters for all types of runners. Safety is paramount to us hence we take pride in offering some of the most secure routes through five districts and dynamic Thu Duc City providing a unique experience for every participant.
The Techcombank HCMC International Marathon 2026 was attended by over fifteen thousand athletes from ninety-one countries last time out making it a global phenomenon. It provides an opportunity to discover Ho Chi Minh City’s most beautiful landscapes & landmarks while pushing one’s own boundaries. The average finishing time across all distances in the last marathon was an impressive two hours thirteen minutes fifty four seconds attesting to its high level of competition & personal achievement standards.
The Techcombank HCMC International Marathon is more than just about running races. A day prior to the races beginning is when our marathon village opens which is filled with activities tailored for athletes who can check-in or collect their race kits among other things before anything else. Village participants may also join workshops such as "Masterclass in Marathon Training" or "Kids Run," thus making it appropriate for families wishing to spend quality weekends together.
