With its cultural diversity, Brussels is one of the fascinating cities that has been known for a long time to be endowed with celebrations throughout. While in this region, various events have cooler heads and meetivism- featuring anything from galleries with dances and classical music on arts to Belgian freaky parties. Big processions, fairs of Belgian cuisine, and markets are all present and have both inhabitants and tourists.

The most important event in the town is the Ommegang, which is a reenactment dated back to the middle ages. Also solicitous is the topical annual Grand Place Flower Carpet, done with a multitude of flowers.

Winter Wonders

The month of December in Brussels is dedicated to the Winter Wonders, where the beautiful city is decorated as if in a fairy tale. This month-long celebration located in the main square of the city is a Christmas village complete with an ice rink, a gigantic wheel and light shows. It is a holiday mode and a genuinely beautiful city in Europe if one wants to celebrate the joy of the holidays.
