China boasts a rich past and present, and it hosts many different events annually. From time-honored traditions to current trends, there’s always something going on. These celebrations often involve large-scale exhibitions, complex performances, and deep-rooted cultural practices.

The most famous festival is Chinese New Year where people are entertained with dragon dances, lantern parades and magnificent fireworks display. Another attraction is Mid-Autumn Festival which sees the consumption of mooncakes, family reunions under the moonlight.

Canton Fair

The Canton Fair or the China Import and Export Fair as it is officially known, is the largest trade show in China. It occurs twice every year in Guangzhou during April-May and October-November over three phases. This massive event lures businesses worldwide to exhibit various products ranging from electronics & machinery through textiles to consumer goods. A crucial platform for global trade; this fair allows networking opportunities while fostering business negotiations besides providing insights into emerging market trends through its numerous exhibits that attendees can explore as well seminars they can attend.

Dragon Boat Festival

The Dragon Boat Festival also called Duanwu Festival happens on 5th day of 5th lunar month usually falling in June each year. It involves thrilling dragon boat races held across many rivers & lakes all over China where participants row hard against each other’s beautifully adorned boats shaped like dragons beating drums rhythmically as they compete for victory at different levels such as local national international etc.. This festival remembers an ancient poet Qu Yuan with some people eating rice dumplings wrapped up in bamboo leaves known as zongzi too during this time.
