A Total of 16 teams will be participating and 8 cities across Switzerland will be hosting the event, to name a few Basel, Bern, Geneva, Zurich, St. Gallen, Lucerne, Thun and Sion. Kicking off in St Jacob’s Park, expect a wide variety of footballing culture coupled with exciting new tournaments from each city in Switzerland, and for the very first time ever. For the competition, there are 16 teams, which are split into four groups. The top two teams of each group qualify to the knockout phase. In this case, the competitive tension begins from the very group stages and doesn’t disappear even in the final. These teams go through a strict qualification process that involves European Qualifiers that started from April 2024.

The tickets for the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 will be on sale in October and are expected on high demand. The prices start from 25 CHF and this event is forecasted to become one of the greatest ticket-selling events in the history of the country, even more than the FIFA World Cup of 1954, which happened in Switzerland. Supporters should register their interest in advance so they can get their tickets for the occasion early as there are going to be limited seats available.
