Sydney Festivals

All through January, Sydney becomes alive with the Sydney Festivals, a three-week festival celebrating arts and culture in Australia. It is a vibrant event which incorporates dancing, theater, music and visual arts to suit all tastes. Vivid Sydney

Vivid Sydney which occurs between late May and mid-June on an annual basis turns the city into an illuminating light of music and ideas. The famous landmarks like the Sydney Harbor Bridge and Opera House become transformed by amazing light installations that create a captivating night time performance. Besides lights, there are concerts featuring live music, as well as intellectually charged speeches that make it one event that should not be missed by anyone whether local or not.

Sculpture by the Sea

Sculpture by the Sea is one of world’s biggest outdoor sculpture exhibition taking place in October along Bondi-Tamarama coastal walk. This free event displays more than 100 sculptures by artists around the world converting the beautiful coastal path into an open-air gallery. The place merges art and nature to give visitors a rare cultural exposure while they enjoy scenic beauty along Australia’s coastline at its best yet still lend themselves to becoming fantastic backdrops for stunning photographs.
