Athens Marathon

The last month of the year is when we go out there to run the Athens Marathon along with hundreds of international…and domestic…marathon runners. It is a prestigious race which is based on the legendary journey of Pheidippides who delivered the triumph news from Marathon to the city of Athens. Ever since, no foreigner has thought of combining scenery with endurance training.

Athens Epidaurus Festival

The Athens Epidaurus Festival offers a variety of music, theatre and dance performances every summer at the Herodes Atticus Odeon and the Epidaurus theatre among others. It is this centuries-old tradition of promoting arts and culture that encourages the residents as well as visitors to embrace the artistic energy of Greece.
