Ingredients Authentic Peruvian Ceviche:

  • 500g fresh white fish fillets (because we're going big on the fresh fish)
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced (the crunchy companion)
  • 1-2 hot chili peppers, finely chopped (adjust to your spice tolerance)
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice (the zesty maestro)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (the herbalicious star)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for a flavourful kick)
  • 1 sweet potato, boiled and sliced (for a unique twist)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (the trusty seasoning duo)
  • Lettuce leaves (for serving)
  • Corn nuts or popcorn (the crunchy surprise)

How to Prepare Authentic Peruvian Ceviche:
