Starting April 1, 2025, Jet2 will officially launch operations from London Luton Airport, and it’s not just your average route expansion. Nope, this time, Jet2 is bringing flights to 17 destinations, including a few sunny spots like the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands. Oh, and did we mention three brand-new, exclusive routes to Girona, Verona, and Madeira? Yep, Luton just became the gateway to all things cultural, romantic, and breathtakingly beautiful.

Girona: History, Beaches, and the Best Way to Skip the Barcelona Crowds

Take advantage of Jet2’s weekly Sunday flights to Girona. Do not dread the long queues at Barcelona, as Girona is no different in looks but much less crowded. Even though there may not be as many people as in Barcelona, the “Barcelona look” is still present. You may drive to Costa Brava’s beaches in a matter of minutes after exploring ancient walls and frolicking at the magnificent Girona Cathedral. Girona: Weekly Sunday service – A brand-new gem straight from London Luton Airport. Now you have a weekly reason to brunch like a pro.
Reus: Up to two weekly flights (Monday, Thursday) – Just in case you need a little Catalan sunshine on a Monday or Thursday (because, let's face it, who doesn’t?).

Canary Islands

Fuerteventura: Weekly Sunday service – Spend your Sunday in bars with cocktails and shut your eyes for the rest of the week.
Gran Canaria: Up to two weekly flights (Monday, Friday) – Now you can begin the week with a bang and also end it with a bang with double the amount of paradise.
Lanzarote: Up to two weekly flights (Tuesday, Friday) – Two times in a week, it will take you only one more flight to reach the volcanic sight and beach beauty.
Tenerife: Up to three flights per week – Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday – Because who wouldn’t want to fly to the largest of the Canary Islands three times a week?

Balearic Islands

Ibiza: Up to two weekly flights (Monday, Friday) – Perfect for those who want to work hard, party harder.
Majorca: Up to six weekly flights (Tuesday-Sunday) – Because why limit yourself to one day of the week when Majorca is calling you every day?

Portugal
