Just when you thought Budapest Airport had enough excitement, they’ve decided to spice things up with a brand-new airline and a fresh route straight to Shymkent, Kazakhstan! That’s right—starting May 27, 2025, SCAT Airlines (yes, that’s the real name, and yes, we’re trying to keep a straight face) will launch twice-weekly flights to Kazakhstan’s third-largest city.
